Field notes
Seven years ago a very small explorer arrived in Accra and immediately began climbing things. He has not stopped. Come and help us track him through the garden — there will be a jungle trail, a treasure map, a lot of mud and, at the end of it, cake.

For the guides
Parents are very welcome for the afternoon — there is shade, cold sobolo and somewhere to sit on the veranda.
Kwabena is collecting books about animals and anything with a magnifying glass. Please, nothing that needs batteries.
Dress for it, and bring a change of clothes in a bag we can label.
Tell Adjoa when you reply — there will be a nut-free cake and a plain option at supper.
Roll call
Sign the register by 8 May so we can count the hats.
One reply per family — add the number of explorers after your name.
