Wamuyaya — forever in our hearts

A Thanksgiving
With grateful hearts, the Silwimba family invites you to a service of thanksgiving for the life of our mother, grandmother and teacher, who rested at home in Lusaka on Friday, the twenty-eighth of August.
She taught for thirty-one years in Mongu, and there is hardly a family on the plain that did not send a child to her classroom. Come and sing with us.

Mongu Girls Secondary, 1962 — her own last year as a pupil.

A Few Notes
On flowers
A single stem at the graveside is welcome. In place of wreaths, the family asks that you give to her reading fund below.
On tributes
Spoken tributes are held to three minutes so that every school, church and cousin may be heard. Write to Mwangala if you wish to speak.
On the children
Bring them. She would have counted them at the door, and there is shade and space at the house.
The Reading Fund
Every kwacha given buys books for the Mongu Girls library she started with one shelf.
