Cordially Invited
Cordially Invited makes digital invitations with RSVP for weddings, kitchen parties and showers, traditional ceremonies, birthdays, children’s parties, memorials and corporate events. Based in Lusaka, Zambia, it is part of Ulendo Creative Media.
Each invitation is a web page with its own link. The host shares the link on WhatsApp; guests open it on any phone, with no app, and reply on the same page. The host approves who is coming — or has every reply approved automatically — and each approved guest receives a WhatsApp confirmation with a unique reference number to show at the entrance.
Our story
Cordially Invited began with a simple problem: we wanted an easier, faster way to invite our own guests.
When friends and family saw what we had made, they asked us to make one for them too — and we realised there was a real need for digital invitations in Zambia.
We spent months refining the idea into something that was not only beautiful but practical and reliable. What started as a small personal project has grown into a creative digital service that helps people across Zambia and beyond share their special moments with ease.
The founders
Cordially Invited was founded by Mwape and Lwamba Mwansa, a husband-and-wife team who turned their wedding idea into a digital service. Their goal was simple: to make planning an event easier for everyone.
Our approach
We were once in our clients’ shoes, so we understand the stress and the excitement of planning an event. That is why we take time to listen, respond quickly, and make sure every invitation meets your needs. We treat every client like family, and every project like our own celebration.

We want to change how people plan events in Zambia, making it easier, faster and more efficient — and, in time, to grow across the region, improving how people connect and celebrate, one event at a time.
