New: guest photo sharing

At every event, your guests take hundreds of photographs — and most of them never reach you. Guest photo sharing changes that. Your guests share the photos and short videos they take, on your invitation itself, and everything comes to you.

How it works

• On the day of your event, each approved guest receives a WhatsApp message with a Share your photos button.
• The button opens your invitation at the sharing panel. Guests enter their reference number once and choose photos or videos from their phone. There is no app to install.
• Each guest can share up to 50 photos and 10 short videos of up to 60 seconds each.
• Every photo carries the name the guest gave when they replied, so you know who shared it.

The message goes out at the start of the first item on your programme for the day, or at 08:00 if your programme has no times. Guests can share from the start of the day for as long as your invitation is online, and the same button is on your invitation for anyone who opens it.

Who sees the photos

By default, everything shared appears in a gallery on your invitation, so your guests can enjoy each other’s photos. If you would rather keep them to yourself, switch the gallery off from your dashboard. Photos appear as they are shared, and you can hide any photo or video at any time.

Keeping your photos

Sign in, open your event and press Guest photos, then Download. We prepare a zip of every photo and video, named by the guest who shared it, and email you a link. Photos are kept until 30 days after your event is archived, so download them before then.

A guest’s location is never shared: photos are prepared on the guest’s phone before they are sent, and the location the camera records is left out.

How to add it

Guest photo sharing is a K100 add-on, available on every package. You can add it when you order, or at any time before your event — message us and we will switch it on, and the message to your guests is scheduled for the day automatically.
