Questions about your guests’ replies
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Your invitation is a web page. It opens from the link in any phone’s browser, and the reply is on the same page.
How many guests can I invite?
As many as you like. There is no limit on any package.
What are my guests asked?
Their title, their name, their WhatsApp number and whether they can come. At a wedding, a shower or a traditional ceremony they are also asked which side of the family they are from.
What if my link is passed on to someone I did not invite?
They can reply, but they are not confirmed unless you approve them — and without approval there is no reference number to present at the entrance.
What if a guest replies twice?
One WhatsApp number can reply for several guests, each under their own name, so a family sharing a phone can all reply. A second reply with the same name from the same number is not accepted, and the guest is asked to contact you if something needs to change.
A guest is having trouble replying. What should they do?
