Questions about adding helpers
What is a helper?
Someone you give access to your event — a family member, your planner, or whoever is on the door — with their own sign-in, so you never share your password.
How do I add a helper?
Sign in, open your event and press Helpers. Enter their name and email, choose what they can do, and press Give them access. We email them a link to set their password.
What can a helper do?
View only: They can see the guest list and export it. They cannot change anything. Check guests in: Everything a viewer can do, plus checking guests in at the door. Manage the guest list: Everything above, plus approving, declining and removing guests. No helper can change your invitation or add helpers of their own.
Can I change what a helper can do, or remove them?
Yes. Your helpers are listed on the same page: choose a different level beside their name, or press Remove.
Do helpers see my other events?
No. A helper has access only to the event you added them to.
