Questions about telling us about your event
What does the form ask?
Only what your invitation needs, in words written for your occasion: the names, the date, where it happens, how the day runs, and who your guests should call with questions. On Standard you can add photographs too. It also asks for your email and a password, so you can sign in afterwards and follow your RSVPs.
How long does it take to fill in?
About ten minutes. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can stop and come back to it on the same phone.
What if I do not know something yet?
Leave it blank and we will ask you.
Can I change my mind about the design?
Yes. The form opens on the design you chose, and you can pick another from your package before you send it. Changing design once we have started work is K100.
Do I have to approve every guest myself?
No — the form asks. Choose to approve each reply yourself, or have every reply approved automatically as it arrives.
How soon will my invitation be ready?
Within 24 hours on weekdays of receiving your form — 48 for Custom.
